![]() ![]() Regularly update the work plan, output tracker, and other relevant documents for effective project management. ![]() Ensure the project is implemented in accordance with relevant TYF technical guidelines and standards.Ensure budget utilization and physical target achievements are reviewed at least once a month.Oversee project implementation and ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget.Conduct social and environmental impact screening and assessment for the 15 prioritized projects, taking gender into account, and produce findings report with recommendations for social and environmental protection measures for sub-projects.Develop, review, and approve the specifications and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and drawings for each priority project.Conduct extended workshops in each targeted district with relevant stakeholders to develop a joint work plan for prioritized sub-projects, including social and environmental impact assessments, communication and information sharing matrix, and regular participatory monitoring events/activities work plan.Coordinate with national authorities to ensure project objectives align with government policies.Develop and maintain a detailed project plan.The Project Manager will be responsible for district and governmental level coordination, local stakeholder capacity building, information management, and assisting other TYF field teams with project implementation. This position is office-based and may require extended periods of time spent in the field. The Project Manager will be responsible for creating a detailed project plan and supervising project staff regarding the implementation of the project. The Project Manager will work closely with the management of TYF and have overall management responsibility for the project. TYF currently operates in a number of governorates in Yemen where it has implemented projects in, Food Security, Health, Nutrition, Shelter, CCCM, WASH, Protection, Education and Empowerment.
